Amber Gardens is a project based on the modern principles of bioclimatic design and includes the elements and natural resources in its very structure. It takes into account variables such as orientation, wind direction and vegetation surrounding the buildings, and incorporates natural elements into the design of each individual house.

The project comprises of a collective housing unit complex, disposed as SB + GF+ 4F. The building is located in one of Bucharest’s luxurious areas and offers enhanced comfort with a modern design, in a carefully elaborated setting.

The object of this project is a building classified as an historic monument, located at the very heart of Bucharest, in an area of great value in terms of architectural and urban planning.

The Cismigiu Hotel has been vastly transformed by an extensive restoration, which involved completely rebuilding the interior, while only preserving the original facade, with architectural elements from 1912.

This particular project involved the restoration of the Spiru Haret Memorial House and the development of an integrated modern building which offers a new contemporary space with a generous interior suitable for any public function. The neo-baroque architecture of the Spiru Haret Memorial House was protected from the architecture of the new building using a receding floor on all sides, made up of minimalist glazed profiles that provide a neutral feature.
