The object of this project is a building classified as an historic monument, located at the very heart of Bucharest, in an area of great value in terms of architectural and urban planning.

The project involved the functional reconfiguration, consolidation and restoration of the building, while preserving its plastic and environmental value and maintaining the stylistic character and unity of the building.

It was a challenge contributing to the restoration and ultimately giving back the function of this historic monument, in a way that responds brilliantly to modern technological and functional demands, meanwhile keeping the building’s identity and authenticity intact.
