This particular project involved the restoration of the Spiru Haret Memorial House and the development of an integrated modern building which offers a new contemporary space with a generous interior suitable for any public function.
The neo-baroque architecture of the Spiru Haret Memorial House was protected from the architecture of the new building using a receding floor on all sides, made up of minimalist glazed profiles that provide a neutral feature.

Throughout the entire real estate development process, the Spiru Haret memorial house was treated as an important historical landmark of Bucharest architecture and the main purpose behind the urban and architectural concept of this project remained to preserve it as such, after a thorough renovation.

And so, through architectural mediation between old and new, the project managed the urban reintegration of a real estate which, at the time of the acquisition by the developer, was in ruin and whose interior decoration elements, specific to the 1890-1915 period, were completely destroyed.
